Trending @Infosys; Low performance bonus.
Overall we got 75% for our unit. But i received only 60% why? I am working the same which i worked before but before that I got 72%. My another query is after receiving hike only i m getting this much less.. for last and this quarter.. is that also possible?

It also depends on your rating and your JL(some units have same percentage range for all JLs but varies by rating)
And its mentioned in the performance bonus mail itself everyone's individual percent will be slightly higher or lower than the range that's mentioned for a particular jl and rating
