Not interested to work on any task. There is no meaning or value to the work I am doing. I used to love my work once upon a time.
Need a career break badly. No other source of income.
What are some good ways to ask for a long leave. Already took 2 weeks leave. It didn't help. After few months same cycle repeated.
I am also same way feeling. When i joineed at infosys very eager to work and completed task on time. My demotivation is the salary and recognition. They are not valuing whatever effort we put in. Two years.. Appraisals are for what. I am not understanding. Two times got outstanding. But no hike no promotion
@ManifestingChange I loved the work I did. Joined as fresher and handled work of TL and TA single handly and gradually burnt out not due to work pressure but because of negligence. I didn't get anything in return. And one fine day, I started act like others, work only which is required. I don't care about anyone. It's not only my responsibility for work. And I'm using this time in upskilling myself. And for surprise, things are normal again.😀 No one cares, become selfish. If work is not adding any skill, then open youtube and spend time there to learn. Thats it. Be happy for no reason. No one cares about your mental health. 💫
@ManifestingChange There are times people self doubt ourselves and think that we can't do the work or do anything at all.i been into those phase. I can help you to come out of the phase.

This is an issue of this current generation. Even if u get the best project and the best team and the best pay, one will feel the same . Because the work we are doing has a very different value, ur desire is different from the work you do. The question is what do you want to do. Stop looking for meaning and value working for infosys or infosys like companies if u want lime light and recognition from society better look for jobs like doc , lawyer, etc ... Seems you have no issue in life .
Issue is even in current project, I am not getting a idea what to do and how to do, The manager is not helpful , how can I get myself out this project
Relatable!!! I was so much excited when I started working... Eventually the curiosity died within me when I didnt get the proper recognition and salary... Now struggling to change job and to stay alive....
