Trending @Infosys; Lost interest
Hi Viners,
I joined in infosys se role in 2022.I am from a tier-3 college and have got good placements from 5-6 companies but due to recession onboarding doesn’t happen for some companies and i got onboarding mail after joined in infosys.I am from IT branch with having decent knowledge and coding skills but during training infosys gave me a support technology training and I am currently working in support project with no flexibility,wfo.And also I gave interview for dx unit when I am in college they sent me a mail that i have selected for Dx unit front end role but nothing happen after joining and I met some who are from non-it branches and from lower colleges got training in trending technologies and working in development projects.My thought is what is the purpose studying hard and getting into IT branches with decent college has no use.
Can someone suggest what should I do?
Bro, MNC is all about hiring a dog who has learning mindset and provide them training and ask for work and deliver on time.. They don't have any concern if that dog is good at running or jumping, if they want those dogs to go and bring the balls, they must need to work on that only.. I am facing same problem as you, before joining infy.. I studied 4 years for security domain and completed comptia a+, n+, CCNA.. And now studying for security +. Shared my cyber security fully focused resume 3 time with my managers. But still they aren't helping. I am having no intrest in working on current tech which is power platform msp unit.. But still i know the dark reality.. They just fulfill their business requirements and used us as a trained resource.. Unko apke career se kuch lena dena nhi hota hai.. Better to switch job
The same thing happened to me. I have an interest in java i studied in java for 2 years before joining the company and during the interview I was also told to the interviewer that i have an interest in java but they put me in an oracle unit even though they did not ask my interest. And seriously i do not have interest in this oracle and i also can't see my future with this dead end unit such a toxic company and i am also losing my productivity day by day.
Koi process hi nahi bna hai IT me ki Jisse resource distinguish kr k usko uski category me dala jaye.. Unko sirf sikhne wale log chaiye.. Unlog jo bhi jaisa bhi sikha de wo sikho aur wahi kro.. No future here in it
