Trending @Infosys; Loss of pay and leaves deducted

Guys I forgot to fill attendance for 8 consecutive days and now 5 leaves have been deducted and 4 days of loss of pay has been incorporated.

Can I challenge this? I have filled the WFH and OD but it's too late.

i am more interested to know how you could forget for 8 days straight with all the reminders the attendance team sends.
and for it to deduct the leaves it should have quite a while back.

Raise IHD. It can be reversed by JL7 approval.Be careful with attendance

Raise an AHD and submit along with email approval from JL7 to get it reverted
