Can I work from nearest location in infosys client project or only base location. And what is way to change base location

You can work from anywhere unless you are not working from ODC. You can request to manager for location transfer.

ODC means offshore development center, few of the accounts has their own ODCS. Like Microsoft, Apple, intel..you need to work from those ODCS. Its restricted access !! DC— development centre, more kind of normal office . You can sit anywhere and work ( apart from restricted zones). STP, SEZ— also kind of normal offices , few may have ODC inside.
