These individuals lack awareness. I overheard him boasting about the celebrities they've contacted. Meanwhile, I'm struggling to meet my financial obligations. I'm expected to be pleased that Kapil Dev and Niti Mohan appeared on the show. They claim strong performance last quarter and year, with healthy margins, yet employee well-being is an afterthought. It's time to move forward.
They have too much money to spend on these wasteless and baseless ceremonies,but they donot have money for employees... Even a 10 times smaller company comparing with infosys gives hike every year...
They have money to conduct concerts but they don't have money to pay their employees. What did he(CHRO) by INFOCION first? They all are bulshit. Dark truth is that they are treating employees like a slave

All these townhalls/quarterly halls are useless events. Bunch of shameless and headless idiots running Infosys.
I quit 15 mins into the townhall. Bunch of shit-ass words regarding celebrities and yoy growth, they were talking about putting "infocions'" well being on top but we all know its ass.
I feel like all these meetings and activities which Chief HR mentioned are for pleasing investors only, they are not even considering the actuals that benefit employees
