Trending @Infosys; Letters delayed due to financial year end ?
Hey all, Are the promotional letters for IJP candidates and Infosys IT hike letters delayed due to the financial year-end? Any insights?
Haven't received IJP letter ,earlier when I asked HR he said need to wait till end of the march ,still it haven't received, march is gone ,anybody has any update when can I expect it . And how much increament will be there for jl4 to jl5 promotion
If ME then 12%, cd then 17.5%
Now if your salary is in higher bands then expect 12-15%
If your salary is in lower bands then definitely 17.5%
For your letter , we all need to wait till mid April'25

EAIS HR told me today it's delayed because the Finance team still has not signed off on the letter yet. So your DM or manager will communicate accordingly.
