Want to celebrate the good things that happen. For me, the best was my first manager here who helped me groom into a better professional. He saw that I had trouble gelling with people, and guided me on how to handle conversations.
When they were leaving, they shared I reminded them of when they were young into working, I always remember that moment ❤️

The day I cracked the interview I would say. Was part of a road rage incident, told the recruiting manager about the same and hence he was concerned but we continued with the interview. Joined in my mid 20s and now I am almost 30. It has been a roller coaster ride for sure but still going.
The first day of induction an AVP shared this to me: In 5 years you will be in a position to consult about a specific domain and in 10 you will be able to tell clients where they are faltering.
I see many negative connotations associated with Infosys but I cannot even elaborate on the opportunities I received here and continue to receive because of which I am loyal to the organisation. Most of them were created through bridge programs, now I am getting noticed as well.
I understand I am a part of the generation which frequently switches and here I am despite offers still sticking with the first job.
I guess I am travelling the road less taken, where it would take me I do not know but I just want to seek out as many opportunities here as I can, the day that plan fails I will start looking, but it hasn't yet.
FYI, not a middle manager just a motivated employee who wanted to show the other side of the coin as well if you are truly unique among the hordes of employees hired, you will be taken care of.
It's been 1.5 years since I joined Infosys but I'm still waiting for the best moment..
Clearing bridge and becoming an SP
Confirmed with Hr it has not been yet Roled out so we might need to wait this is for cyber security unit
Having best manager rn but unfortunately project is getting over soon. He always helps n support as real leader .will miss him . And one more happy moments when got offer later from infy with 100% hike.that was the moment :)
