Trending @Infosys; LEGAL ₹ Extra $ source £ of income €
I am full time employee doing my duties as full stack developer more hours than what I have promised for in the employment contract.
I did not get any increment in last 3 years, working on same package I joined.
Now I am seeking extra source of income and I came across two things, one is providing training in corporate over weekends another is working part time as consultant in different industry which is accounting.
I am 30 year old and I have extreme need of increasing the in flow of money,
I have softly asked manager about increment but got usual diplomatic answer,
Checked legal policy it says:
You agree not to undertake employment, whether full-time or part-time, as the Director / Partner / Member / Employee of any other organization / entity engaged in any form of business activity without the consent of Infosys. The consent may be given subject to any terms and conditions that the Company may think fit and may be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of the Company
Now thinking of getting it discussed with HR or manager
Any input will be highly appreciated

What are your challenges?
I was planning on doing the same, ultimately its the money that matters. I waited too long for that. I think, if its not entirely a second job that will appear on your PF history, its fine. If you lose your main job today, you'll have something to fall back on.
Do it using your spouse or your mom’s name?? And be sure it does not impact your Infosys work.
Whats your plan after discussing with HR? Are you expecting no objection letter? XD
Try using a different PAN of your family member for your side income. Work with your freelance oppty provider to check if you can work with minimal documentation/pseudo name. Dont mention anything to infy managers and hrs. Do it silently. It is technically illegal in infosys - moonlighting
