If I apply leave during my notice period, Will my Last working day change? I am on bench currently, they are not ready to negotiate my notice period to 60 days. Now they are forcing me to work from office, I have a 1 year old baby!

Only sick leave can be taken in the notice period, Notice period extension depends on Manager,if they don't mind taking leave then you can avail
