Dilemma is I am going on leave for three weeks due to personal reasons. And just before that I got an offer from Accenture.
Is it ok to resign now and go on leaves and leaves will not be added on to my notice period ?
Or I go on leave, come back and then put the paper ?
Any suggestions or challenges i might face in both the options?

It’s upto discretion of your manager. If he thinks you going on 3 weeks impacts the handover during notice period he can extend your notice period by 2 weeks
