If someone is on notice period, does the manager approve leave? Let's say if an employee has 10 leaves balance, can he avail the leaves? Please suggest.
Your leave balance should be more than 5 to be able to get last month salary on time, it will come with full and final settlement.
Does it mean that in the last month of notice period, I should have at least 5 leaves balance or else my salary will be deposited after full and final settlement?
And if I have 6 leave balance, then my salary will be deposited on my last working day? Is my understanding correct? Please confirm.
Yes that's right it's also mentioned in the separation policy.
Long leaves are generally not given in infy in notice period. But upto your manager if no impact to project and deliverable he won’t mind.
