I'm on notice period of 90 days and currently relieving date is may 21st. If I take 3 or 4 days of leave in this period will notice period extends or it will stay as is, also let me know what is leave encashment process.

It will remain same irrespective how many leaves u take. Remaining leaves basic salary comes in your F and F
