Hi guys, I m new to infy i have doubt, here there is no seperate earned leave, casual leave and sick leave ? All we get is 16 leaves in frst year and 20 leaves from 2nd year and if we dont use any leaves and in next year only 50% of leave will carry forward?
Is my understanding correct or is there any gap? Pls clarify.

I believe 8 leave in first 2 quarters when you clear probation 10 leave every 2 quarters

Yes, but i was wondering why so less leaves i come from tcs there we used to get a lot of different types of leaves and also earnd leave never used to get lapse and we got paid when left, isnt this a bit odd here? Or is it just me who feels this way?
