Let’s say I have 5 earned leaves as on Nov 29th 2024.
As per Infosys leave policy by end of dec 2024 …..How many leaves will get lapse if I don’t utilise the leaves.
you will lose all 5 leaves if not used by end of dec 2024. Infosys policy is strict, no carry forward beyond year end. better use them or lose them.

Leave lapse is the menu that will give your leaves that will expire after 2024..
You can save up to 30 days of leave... But there are cases where you should use a certain percentage of credited leaves for the year.
For eg: 20 days of leave is credited to the employee in this current year.. you should have at least used 25% of it.
And as an Infosys employee you will be promptly notified about the lapsing leaves through mail.
I have 28 days of leave, I have 4 days lapse.. which is based on the un used leaves that were credited this fiscal year.
yep but its not 25 percent its 50 percent ie 20 leaves per year and minimum 10 must be used or else those 10 leaves gets lapsed
depends on how many leaves were added in this year, only 50% of the leaves will carry forward
Max 50% of the leaves will be forwarded to next year capped at 30 leaves
Check leave policy, in short 50% of leaves from total leaves credited on the FY, will get lapsed if not used.
Search for leave lapse in infy me. There you can see how many leaves will lapse for this year
