Hi, I have some leave lapsing this year. If I apply for leave in January now. Will it be considered I've used leaves that are lapsing or will it consider the count as leave, which is not from leave laps.

If you apply in January, it won't use the lapsing leaves. Use them before they lapse or they vanish like magic ✨
