I will be getting married in a few months. How many days/months of leave can I take for my wedding? Do all manangers approve one month leave for wedding?

Please ensure you inform them now itself and give them a plan. Usually 2 weeks is the norm anything more than that you will have to haggle with your manager. The earlier you start the conversation the better.

There are no dedicated leaves given for marriage. So it all depends on your project billing, manager and earned leaves balance. Still 1 month leave for wedding is something a manager can't afford.
