I have 26 leave balance in Infosys and my basic salary is 80000. How much leave encashment will I get on my last working day?

I have a leave balance of 40 days at Infosys. Will I get all 40 days encashment or any max cap here in full n final settlement? I know leave lapse policy but not sure of encashment.

30 is the max for encashment afaik.

You mean basic or do you mean fix salary? Yiu will roughly get slightly more than 1 month fixed pay .
