Trending @Infosys; Leave encashment policy?

I’m looking to understand the details of Infosys’ leave encashment policy.

Specifically, I’d like to know:

Are unused leaves encashable?

When and how is the encashment processed?

Any specific conditions or criteria involved?

As per latest communication as of 2022( during covid), leave encashment policy has been withdrawn. You are free to use your leaves with your manger/client approval. If your leaves beyond 30 for the current year, 50% of them are eligible to carry forward and rest will be considered as lapsed if you dont use.
