Hi Guys, Wanted to know that would my leave encashment amount impacted if there are shortfall hours. Although, my status is present for the days on which I went office, no leaves taken while on notice and applied wfh with all 9.25 hrs. However, for the days which I went office, I didn’t put wfh for remaining hours. Any info is appreciated
Check your quarterly average. It should be minimum 9.25hrs. If any shortfall they deduct your leaves accordingly
But leaves only applies when we are not marked present on any day right
Yes. But you have mentioned that you didn't apply wfh/wfo for the days you went to office. So if attendance for those days are less than 9.25hrs eventually the quarterly average will reduce.
So check the quarterly average and if is minimum 9.25hrs then your earned leaves (maximum 30) will be encashed.
