Trending @Infosys; Leave balance lapse!!!

So currently I have lot of leaves left in leave balance , are they all going to lapse by this end of December 2024 ? Should I use them all ? Or , are they gonna last for end of March of 2025 ?

Which date is correct?

Goto leave section in infyme. There is a field showing no of leaves that will be lapsed. Check and plan accordingly before March 2025

So it's going to expire before March 25 right...not dec 2024

depends on which leave year you are using. check that. if they are lapsing in december, use them
