Joining infy april 2025 at JL4 level. When will I be eligible for appraisal? And Bench period time? Do I receive VP when in bench? How's the work culture? What are the chances of getting on-site?

Appraisal : After 18 months Bench period : Depends on your tech stack, you can expect to get a project between 20-60 days VP in bench : Yes Work Culture : Depends on your project and manager On site : Depends on project requirement & management approval
