Hi All,
My Last Working Day is 8th Jan 2026, however the Level 2 (DM) approval for my resignation is still pending.
I have been trying to reach my DM for approval, but he has not been responding. I have also contacted HR multiple times; unfortunately, my messages have not been answered and my Teams calls are being declined.
My Date of Joining with the new organization is 12th Jan 2026, and they are requesting LWD confirmation and the manager approval email at the earliest.
I would appreciate your support in resolving this matter urgently.

It gets auto approved. There is no obligation for infosys managers/DM to provide approval on email. You can just share a system screenshot and let them know it’s auto approved on last day.
When it will be auto approved on the last working day morning or once it get completed.
