My laptop was having heating issues.CCD gave me a new laptop.I got all softwares installed.And then I get to know Infosys vpn doesn't work in this pc.Now,I m supposed to get it formatted.So,irritating.I basically need to again get all my softwares installed.I cant access basic Infy me apps some of which are not even available on mobile app.

That's a mess. CCD should've checked the VPN. Raise an AHD ticket and visit them directly. It's a pain, but it's the only way.
