I am working from home for most of the time since i have joined as in i work in night shift.

My laptop is not working fine and I'm planning to travel to nearest DC for the same, many keys of keyboard are not working, overheating issue, blackout of screen often.

Will CCD team change it or they'll keep on asking me "kal aana" types. I'll plan accordingly my travel

They will not give u another laptop. They will work on your issue and it will take around 4..5 days for sure.

Check with your manager and drop a mail requesting new laptop
They will send you to your location or you can collect from the nearest DC or from the base location
