Hardware issue in laptop. Raised request for CCD team, they redirected the request to hp support team Hp support team resolved it by saying that either visit nearest dc or call on toll free number of hp support team and an engineer will come to your home

Are we allowed to call the hp support engineer to our home? Has anyone ever done that? Or is it mandatory to visit dc?

Others have started, I had got some exceptional approval, this month they got strict.

Yes. If the issue doesn't get resolved by the Infy team, then we have to call on a toll free number. They will raise one ticket and the assignee will visit the home address to resolve our issue quickly.
