Trending @Infosys; Language barriers and introvert
I am from south india .I work in Pune project.i felt sometimes I cannot fit with the team because of language barriers and already I am kind of introvert.My team always talks in Marathi.
I feel now whether they(team) also want members from Pune only.is this just my false thought or it may have some truth?
It's natural to feel this way. Politely ask the team to use English for inclusivity. Introversion can make it harder, but proactive steps can help you fit in better.
Try teaching them your lang
Chill. Don’t overthink this matter. It’s a non-issue. It takes time to warm up
Chill it is not like that imagine yourself in place of them if you were surrounded by people who talk your language you also going to do the same
Advice get involved with them by taking make fun of some point and enjoy
