Trending @Infosys; Just got to know that we can only apply 12 days as WFH in infy

Some units are already following this policy for more than a year. Not sure if it is only account-level or not. I have been following this policy since March 2023.

For IVS unit ,changed are not done...i am doing wfh since march 2020...not a single day I visited office

I think changes are not done for CIS unit yet ..

I have been doing this from April Month - Unit : HILDCG

Ita been enforced from JL6 and above for now atleast in the portal and for rest it will be soon in coming days

I think WFH policy is account dependent, as many of my friends who are from same unit as me are having 10 days a month, but people in my account are having 3 days a month, and we've following this for last 1 year

i was worked 5 days in a weekcompulsory in one account from Jan 2024.

Okay but we are already following this since October last year
