Trending @Infosys; Job switch suggestion required

I was joined as a fresher in infosys. I was promoted to SSE on 1st Jan 2025. In total I have 2.3years of experience. There is no hike. Is it good for Job search. As I was working on backend using python and snowflake queries. Task is to create Flask APIs, stored procedures and dynamic page creation. when to change and How much I can expect. My current package 3.7LPA. I’m here for your suggestions.
