I want to start my job Switch hunt, I am an Angular React developer with 4 years of experience. Can somebody guide how should I start. Are naukri.com and LinkedIn resume posting enough? Where all other platforms shall I create my profile and apply for jobs. Also is Angular, React knowledge enough for job interviews?

Start by updating your resume with your Angular and React projects. Naukri and LinkedIn are good, but also try Indeed and Glassdoor. Adding backend skills could be beneficial.
