Trending @Infosys; Job switch basic info

Hi Everyone, kinda new to this app. Just wanted to clear few things,

I’m recently came on bench after 2.8 years working on a project in infy, and I’m quite happy for that because right now I’m planning to switch and actually got an offer also. So here are the doubts:-

  1. What will be my notice period being on a bench.

  2. Right now getting 60% hike from TCS, is that good? Bad? Or average? Total experience - 2.8

  3. Right now trying to get as many offers as I can, so that will be easy to negotiate, so what will be the right approach for that??

Thanks in advance for clearing my doubts guys😄

Only get offers from the company you really want to go.

Don't go for more money as it's a difficult switch in future.

Minimum you should ask for 7.5LPA fixed from the org you don't want to go. Then the organisations you like attend interviews at the end so you can negotiate better

That’s actually a really good advice, thanks for that. I’m little bit anxious about getting no other offer keeping the current market in mind, Can you please suggest few tips to get more and more interviews as I believe in my skills but to show my skills I need to get interview calls😅
