Trending @Infosys; Job switch

How to handle 90days NP? I am not getting any calls 😭 I am in Infosys for last 2 years, joined as a fresher working as a system engineer. I feel I am underpaid. My tech stack is Java. Seeking guidance from all of you 🤝🥺 Thanks in advance 🤝❤️

I agree, 2 years exp is bit low btw, recruiters prefer atleast 3 YoE

search in other service based companies, they will accept 90 days notice, get the offer, put the papers, then search for appropriate jobs in good companies

Iam also trying job switch 3yoe infy , heard keep Np as max 30-60days don't mention of 90 days as definitely they won't shortlist u even if u r skilled , after clearing interview explain them that u need more time to join and try ur luck 🤞🏻 or else if u really confident that u would get take ur chances put ur papers down and go for job switch in hope getting within 90 days

Same here brother, I'm full stack developer ( java and reactjs). Waiting for hike and role change then I'll resign. Bcos this NP is ready an issue.

You can apply with 2 yoe, not big deal. Start giving interviews you'll understand the level they're expecting n take time to prepare. Depending upon your skills proficiency and market standards, resume shortlisting all this require some months so plan accordingly. N never resign before an offer in hand .
