Does Infosys fire people?.I have heard Infosys does fire people if they are on bench.

If you are not in bench then you can easily fire in the name of PIP. I have also recently joined but job security is become concern now . Earlier it was not there many of my friends are fired

Many even cannot count , in 2019 many of college friends join infosys that time they have job security but now days for the name of PIP they are terminating people easily

Infosys values its employees, but performance and business needs are crucial. Being on the bench isn't an automatic reason for termination, but consistent underperformance can lead to consequences.
