Hi my I am a Tech Lead now after 10 years of experience in one meeting they told that they will put it as Project manager or tech architect . Is it possible to become a PM I am a developer. Or developer will become tech architect only?

You can choose the role. By default it will be PM role. For Tech Arch you need to clear some interview.
