I joined Infy at 2022 march as an operations executive. Now, I am a systems associate, and my confirmation happened in july 2023 with a delay of 1 week. Still am an systems associate, but my friends, even at bench, were promoted to senior systems associate and completed compre now moved to the systems engineer.
When will I move to senior systems associate ?
Happened similar to me, I should be promoted to systems engineer by now, but they didn't and when I asked them they asked me if I've wrote the exam(nobody from the team informed me of such exam or process) where are my college classmates who joined with me are already in SE role..
Telling truth you are eligible for systems engineer role only thing is now manager ask them for it maybe unit wise slots are there
