Working as a DSE L0 for the past 2.5 years with Infosys and didn't make it to L0 because of the rating and all and they are not giving us L1

Current sal at DSE L0 6.8 and no variable for JL3

Now I am serving notice and have offer from Accenture for 8.6 fixed + 20% variable shall I accept the offer or wait for DSE L1 promotion

i think we if you transfer to l1 you wont get 8.6lpa fixed in infy. It will be better to switch

Yes, just monthly incentive of 6875 will start as fix

For l1 total sal is 8.2lpa from 7 it went for my friend 17% hike

Accept and look for better offers, you can get upto 15lpa

L1 pays about 7.7-8.5, out of which 50-60k is variable. It's not a good deal.
