I have a offer at tcs for 18LPA (fixed)and my org is ready to retain me for 17.5 lpa ( 15 percentage variable) should I change my org but the prob is if I decline tcs wont i be ever able to join tcs

3 years 12.56 ctc and 40 percentage as retention
