Trending @Infosys; Job Confirmation

I joined Infosys as a system engineer. Recently I got know about the confirmation ratings like b1,b2,b3,.... Here I have a doubt, how to get the b1 rating while conformation, and on what the ratings will be depend. Please reply if anybody knows
