Hi guys,

I am working for a client in Infosys for past 1 year and I same a job opening on LinkedIn from the same client with the same role that I am working on. I am eligible to apply for the role ?

You can if your Client is willing to take you. The NDA you signed in infosys is not legally enforceable. Plus it not really for junior level employees. But the client may have signed some non poaching agreement with infosys where in they will not poach infosys employee working in their projects. In such cases a minimum cool off period is needed. In many cases clients move resources to their organization , it’s planned and is called rebadging.
