Trending @Infosys; JL5 with 12lpa is it a good package or bad?

I have been working in Infosys for past 3 years with total 9.1 years experience. I didn't received any hike also. Guys, could you please share your thoughts on this. Is I am working with a good package or not?. What's the best package for JL5?

JL4 gets 9-14 lpa. For JL5 & 9 yers exp , tpu should have 18-22 lpa. TBH
