All JL5s, anyone is doing from home ? If yes or even no, are you guys at least getting option to raise exceptional wfh request?
I think going to the office 10 days a month is a better option

Yeah 10 days would be good but main issue is they need WFO full time to 9.15 hours. In my case i have afternoon shift so it is starts 2:30 PM and what if i go to office at 9 AM and complete 9.15 hours then at night i have work again till 12:30 or 1AM because work actaully start on 9 PM for calls or standup things
Yes you can apply for exceptional WFH you need approval from PM and DM. Its for everyone till JL5. Only few projects are still supporting complete WFH
Or in this case if your Proj don’t have a set req like 3 days a week complete second half of April and first half of may as wfh that way you will get a month
Doing WFO 10 days / month. we have to apply pre approval WFH every month for exception. It requires approval from your manager and DM.
