Trending @Infosys; JL5 to JL6 promotion hike and FY22-23 hike Query
Could anyone say what % hike can I expect from JL5 to JL6 promotion through internal IJP? My second question, whether our normal hike for FY 22-23 which we are expecting and promotion hike will be merged for me? (FYI - I have outstanding rating) Or wound I get separate % in 2 letter?
As per my internal information hike percentage will be from 3-7% as per ratings
I believe the Yearly comp. revision and the IJP comp revision are 2 different things.
I got comp hike in Nov 2023, when all the eligible employees at organization level got it.
And another comp hike through IJP in Apr 2024 with arrears, I was selected in Dec 2023 IJP cycle.
My IJP is internal to my project itself and mail says release date as 11 Jan. When can I expect the letter? And effective month would be?

Jl5 to Jl6 hike will be around 15-20%.
17.5 normally . Since you have outstanding it will higher. Even though you will get two separate letters the difference between timing of your promotion effective date and annual comp review effective date will determine your total hike.
