I am JL4A, got progressed on Jan1st 2024. I checked with my manager- she said role maturity needs to be at least 1 year from progression. And I would be considered 1 Qtr next fiscal year. Does that mean I may get promoted next April? What are the cycles for promotion? Can anyone help!

For jl4a to jl5b it's 2 years role Maturity required. Total you have to serve atkeast 3 years in JL4 before getting promoted to Jl5. Check with HR once what Manager is informing is it true.

Hi thanks for the reply. I wouldn’t agree as people in my team have got promotion within 3 years in JL4 to JL5. 🥵

It is all about politics and nepotism in my team JL3 to JL4 promotion has done within 2.5 hrs of exp only
