Trending @Infosys; JL5, No hike letter, IOT UNIT

I got Rating : NI , Due to skill mismatch in project and I wasn’t able to stick more in the project . Current project, performance was good as per my manager update. But why I didn’t get hike letter.

Please guide , can I approach my manager ??

Hike is based on last year rating new manager can’t do anything . If current project performance is good you will get better rating this year and will get hike next year based on that
