I have been selected for JL4 to JL5 (5A) through IJP. How much salary can I expect? I know the hike is 17.5%, but I would still like to know if there are any criteria that could increase it.

If you have good relationships with your manager and senior manager, then it can move up to 22%(you need to request them).
