Just got promoted to JL4. I heard that having a skill tag will provide a certain amount of bonus. Which skill tag is better and easy to get?

Skill tags are unit-specific. Check which skill tags are valid in your unit, then verify if your project aligns with those skill tags. Obtaining a skill tag is not always easy in every case.

Even though I have a premium skill tag, i am not getting any incentives. I was aligned with the same project.

Skill tag incentive for this quarter is locked. You might get incentive from next quarter and for better clarification you can always log an ahd.
