How much salary can a JL4 employee earn at max
We can categorize them into two, jl4 who had been serving in the same org for 5+ years, or someone who switched from other org with 5+ yoe. There will be a great diff in compensation for these two categories 🥲
Can you please give the rough breakup for both
So, with 5+ yoe, if one is sticking to the same org(infy), one would be TA now. Based on the ratings they get, it could be somewhere around 5-6lpa. For one from other org, it'll be around 12+lpa based on their tech stack, position demand and other criteria. People can correct me if I'm wrong
Is there any way to get salary corrected same like laterals ? I am more than 10 years in Infy.
For the one who stayed in infy for 5+yrs, you're 90% correct.
