Hi guys Currently I am at jl 3 and in sept I will complete 3 years at Infosys. Can anyone tell me when will someone get promoted to jl4. What is the min maturity role? And how much salary difference we will get from jl3 to jl4 and is there any bonus included or not?

For JL 3 to JL 4, -One needs to complete at least 3 years.

It may take up to 4 years to get promoted to TA as per unit and budget.
-You get 10-17% increase in salary. ( 3-3.5k more)
-Performance bonus will Be applicable each quarter -Skill tag incentives will also be applicable each quarter

What is skill tag incentives? Can you give some examples so that I can start doing those

And also some people saying in jl4 salary will become 6-7lpa but according to you if it increases 3-3.5k per month then it will be less than 5lpa only.
