Hi, I got promotion from JL3 to JL4 through IJP. I have joined my new project on Dec 1st. When will I receive promotion letter and the compensation revision letter? How much hike can I expect? Will I get the hike from this quarter or from next quarter? Will I get both promotional hike and yearly hike ?
