Both cases can be valid. If you join as fresher and remain in JL3 for 4-5 years then your CTC may be 5 LPA

If you were a top performer in Training, and got 3.6 LPA during probation then it will increase to 4.03 LPA after confirmation.

I don't think someone who has joined since training will get more than that. also after your confirmation is done, all will have almost the same salary. 1-2 k different in per month payout.
